saddle number two!

Well, I've got my second saddle in progress- the first one I'm doing 100% by myself! woot!- so hopefully I'll have something to show in another week or thereabouts. So far the fenders, horn, and front are finished, the skirts and seat are blocked, and I'm working on the cantle right now. And it is unpleasantly late but I need to wait for cement to dry so I can stick down the filler and be done for the night.

and that's all for the moment.

i want to do what you do! well... i doubt i could make a saddle without someone there with me to do it.. but the leather crafts etc.. yeah.. i envy you. seems rare to find someone who does this.
my dad used to.. used to make moccasins, jackets, and other things.
